These Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site (see date below).
You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order (by clicking the Submit Order button on the Submit Order page).
After submitting an order to us we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you an e-mail.
We will send you a Software Activation Code which will allow you to use the system.
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable and delivery charges (for details see ‘Delivery’ below).
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus the applicable postage and packing.
We accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. Payment is deducted when we process your order.
If you choose to have the system delivered rather than downloaded then:
Where we Deliver
Delivery must be to the address at which your payment card is registered. Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
We make every effort to keep our Postage and Packing charges as low as possible:
Postage and Packing in the UK is £1.75
Postage and Packing abroad is:
Scandinavia - £2.50
Europe (EEC) - £2.50
North America (USA & Canada - £3.50
Rest of the World - £4.50

How We Deliver
All products are delivered by post. For deliveries abroad we use Airmail.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive. In the case of bank holidays, please allow an extra two working days.
Postal Deliveries; 5 - 7 Working Days in the UK.
Postal Deliveries: Abroad, allow 20 Working Days.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
Missing or Damaged Orders
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your product, please e-mail us at Sales@AnglersDatabase.com. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or faulty, please follow the instructions in the delivery documents.
Return of Faulty Goods
The following are guidelines. Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.
If there is a fault with your product upon receipt of delivery, we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund.
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be:
Complete with the seal unbroken (and, if possible, in the original box and packaging).
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
You may return the product for a full refund if the seal on the CD containing the software is unbroken. Please use the same packing if at all possible and mail it to the following address with clear instructions that you wish a refund:

You are responsible for the cost of return postage.
If you have not downloaded the software and instead have ordered the system on a CD you can return the sealed CD (only) for a full refund within seven days of receipt. See the enclosed Order Confirmation/Delivery Note with your order for return details or alternatively follow the instructions above for the Return of Faulty Goods.
If you have downloaded the software and received the Software Activation Code then it is not possible to Cancel the order. You are strongly advised to take advantage of the trial period for the software to satisfy yourself of the purchase.
