The payment process for the website is very secure.
Once you have placed your order the website passes control to Google Checkout. Google Checkout are a Payment Service Provider who do nothing but process credit and debit card payments for sites such as this. Google Checkout use SSL and other precautions to ensure that your transaction with them is secure against Internet card fraud.
When control is passed to Google Checkout the AnglersDatabase.com web pages are disabled. You are presented with Google Checkout's own screens (pages) for the duration of the transaction. Google Checkout will prompt you for your card details. Google Checkout then debit your account and credit Angling Systems business account for The Anglers Database you have just purchased.
It is important to note that though Angling Systems (manufacturers of the system) receive notification of your payment from Google Checkout we are never told of your credit or debit card details (credit card number, name of card holder, relevant dates etc.).
To-date, we have never had any issues of credit or debit card security. If there were any issues in this regard we at Angling Systems would respond swiftly and responsibly to safeguard your security and payments.
